Homemade Sugar Scrub (You're going to love this!)
Sugar cane is great for your skin. It produces glycolic acid, which is one of the natural alpha hydroxy acids that aids in skin exfoliation. Keep in mind, sugar scrubs are better for dry skin, while salt scrubs are typically better for oily skin. Either way, trying this is a must!
Ingredients
- Equal parts of white cane sugar (preferably non organic) and vegetable glycerin or avocado oil (I used 3/4 cups of each)
- 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel (I liked Vaseline's Aloe Vera Gel)
- 1 to 2 drops of any desired oils, lavender, orange, jasmine, etc (optional)
Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Use your hands to massage scrub gently all over your body. You will feel the scrub tightening onto your skin, it will feel similar to a body masque). Leave for 3-4 minutes then rinse.

Lotion Up!
Immediately once you get out of the shower, generously apply baby oil to your body. Make sure you are completely lathered before you pat down lightly with a paper towel (only if needed). Then follow with lotion of choice. I love the Milk and Honey Butter Blend lotion from Cuccio. For extra dy areas like hands and feet, apply Vaseline. Slip on a pair of pantyhose and wear overnight. Bathe in the morning and follow with oil and lotion once again.
Bring on the Pheromones!
According to research, there is nothing more powerful in memory retrieval, than the scent of a smell. Want to make it a night he will always remember, find the right fragrance! Studies also show that men are attracted to scents that include hints of jasmine, musk, gardenia (or floral), etc. To avoid an overpowering affect and to make it seem like you perspire goodness, I recommend using an oil. Ever since my trip to Thailand, I almost always use Jasmine Oil on evenings I feel like being sexy. Nothing is sexier than a woman who is effortlessly desirable!
